Quite a startling contrast to my school days, I've grown apathetic of the current political mess this nation has again find itself into. And while I'm typing this down, hordes of rallyists are assembled along Ayala Avenue for the nth time this month. Numbness from being fed up to political upheavals then and again would probably be the reason for this apathy. Not that I'm discounting any glimmer of hope for this nation.It seems more likely that I have seen too much in such a short span of time.I remember holding a UST yellow balloon way back in my college days at the height of the second envelope controversy that would overthrow the Erap administration.And now we're at it again.Enough of the political hocus pocus...We were in Batangas this weekend for a relative's wedding, my parents are the principal sponsors this time. And again, I find myself lost in a crowd of unfamiliar faces yet we share the same bloodline. I should've spend more of my childhood days in Batangas. Such a pity that I only knew a few of my relatives, only those belonging to the closely-knit category. We were there Friday night and arrived home Sunday, a few hours after midnight. I was supposed to take mama again to Pampanga to attend the burial of her tita. But I'm too exhausted from all that driving I didn't even get to attend the opening of the basketball tournament in Thomson.

Just turned 23. Not that young anymore and not too old either. One of the few reasons why she had a good excuse to mess up her life and still get away with it.
She is a self-confessed blog addict. The blog design reflects the total opposite of her personality. She is innocence personified - prim and proper, goody-two-shoes but could turn your life into a nightmare at the least provocation. Nothing is too complicated that her not-so-average mind could comprehend.

I took delight in trivial things. I could cry bucket of tears over light drama flicks while feel-good movies make me feel fuzzy all over. Despite the sheer crappiness of horror stories, I still hate those gory and morbid scenes that will leave anyone with that sick to the gut feeling. I love the sound of the waves crashing into the shore and the heavy downpours on lazy afternoons. Although i'm almost always caught with a bunch of people, I savor moments in solitude--staring into blank spaces, totally leaving the worldly troubles behind and just lingering in silence. I'm a self-confessed bargain hunter. New finds never fail to fascinate me--it make my melatonin levels shoot sky-high.
